Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

It’s wonderful ! My 9 month old car loves it. She’s not a cat who often plays with toys dhe to not finding interest in them, but with these, once i took them out the packaging she immediately snatched it out of my hands. It came with another bouncy pink toy and she brought it to her safe spot.

Good little bag of cat toys for the price. Yes there are some duplicates but i promise the car hasn't complained about it yet. Plus they tend to lose them/hide them so you have a back up lmao. Shipping was as quoted.
I should've ordered more than the 14pieces because only 1 mouse came in the toys. Cute toys for the price. I would recommend buying the higher pieces to be able ro get at least two mice toys at least.
