I ordered a size that was too large, and I was refunded after returning it. The bag itself seems sturdy and solid, of good quality; however, I find that it has a strong plastic smell. The bag would benefit from being made of a cleaner material and sold at a slightly higher price to cover the additional design costs. Without this smell, I would have ordered it again in the correct size. If this point doesn't bother you, go for it, the bag matches the description.
Good product, my Fox weighs 7 kilos and it's somewhat suitable for transport, although I imagine that for larger animals it's more uncomfortable since they still feel the weight. I chose size M and it's fine, my Fox fits perfectly. However, I think that for larger animals it might be uncomfortable. I haven't tested the resistance yet, and for that reason I don't recommend this product for larger dogs. I think it will work for my Fox.
My Chihuahua puppy fit perfectly in it. Soon ready for bike rides.

Excellent size, color, and materials look of very good quality.
The interior of the backpack is not very pleasant for carrying an animal, but it's quite okay. It seems sturdy (I haven't tested it yet) and if you position the dog correctly, it can be more or less comfortable. I have ordered several backpacks to carry my dog and this is the best one so far. I give it 4 stars because the interior is very plasticky, and it would be nice if it were softer and more pleasant, since an animal will be inside.

I bought the backpack based on my dog's weight, but I chose a size larger because she liked to stand still in the previous backpack. The truth is that considering this, I was not wrong. For those who are unsure about choosing, in my opinion with the weight you should choose the correct backpack. On the other hand, the material is very good, resistant and waterproof, the fastening system is also well thought out, as it allows you to secure your pet well.
