Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I received sooner than i thought i would (8 days). The item is as described and does the job. I bought one in december for my dogs water fountain and six months later still works, so i bought i second one for a back up with the same seller.
